Soraya Odendaal: “Traveling to Egypt since 2016 feels like coming home to myself.” As a life therapist, I provide individual counseling, Readings Tzolkin & Tarot, SoulCollage® sessions and Ankh healings. I also facilitate group workshops focused on body awareness and personal growth.
Yvon Arendsen: For 23 years, Yvon lived and worked in Egypt, running her own travel agency. She is an author, working on her second book now, where again Egypt is centre stage. Yvon is an expert in Egyptian mystery schools, facilitating Sufi rituals, Blue Lotus ceremonies, meditations, and Ankh healings.

Itinerary Overview
Day 01 | Arrival in Cairo
Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel to relax and prepare for the journey ahead.
Day 02 | Exclusive Private Access: The Great Pyramid & Giza Plateau
An unforgettable highlight. Experience an exclusive, private after-hours visit to the Great Pyramid, free from the usual crowds. Afterward, we will explore the rest of the majestic Giza Plateau.
Day 03 | Leisure Morning & Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) – Flight to Luxor
Enjoy a free morning at your own pace. In the afternoon, we visit the spectacular Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). After an early dinner on the way, we transfer to the airport for our domestic flight to Luxor.
Day 04 | West Bank Wonders: Valley of the Kings & Deir el-Medina
Today we cross to Luxor’s West Bank to explore the legendary Valley of the Kings and the fascinating ancient workmen’s village of Deir el-Medina.
Day 05 | The Monumental East Bank: Karnak & Mut Temple Complexes
Immerse yourself in the grand scale of ancient Egyptian faith with a visit to the sprawling temple complexes of Karnak and the mystical Mut Temple.
Day 06 | Flight to Cairo & Journey to the White Desert
We catch an early flight from Luxor back to Cairo (with a breakfast box provided). From Cairo, we transfer to the Bahariya Oasis for lunch, then switch to 4×4 jeeps to head deep into the surreal landscape of the White Desert. Tonight, we sleep under a canopy of stars.
Day 07 | Desert Trekking & Starry Nights
Spend the day walking through the dramatic chalk formations of the desert, discovering its hidden beauty. Another magical night of wild camping in the desert awaits.
Day 08 | Bahariya Oasis & Ecolodge Retreat
In the afternoon, we drive back from the deep desert to the oasis. Check into a beautiful, sustainable ecolodge in Bahariya to refresh and unwind.
Day 09 | Oasis Exploration & Return to Cairo
Discover the local life and historical sites of the Bahariya Oasis. After lunch, we drive back to Cairo and check into a comfortable airport hotel for our final evening.
Day 10 | Homeward Journey
Transfer to Cairo International Airport for your international flight back home.

All ground transfers, domestic flights (Cairo – Luxor – Cairo), and 4×4 jeep transport for the desert safari.
Desert Gear: High-quality camping equipment for the White Desert adventure.

What to Bring / Not Included
Flights & Visas:
International flights to/from Egypt and your entry visa (approximately €30 per person, payable at Cairo Airport).
Insurance: Travel and cancellation insurance.
Certain Meals & Drinks:
Bottled water, personal drinks, and personal expenses during free time.
Daily lunches during the main itinerary (Days 1–5). These will often be enjoyed on the go as a picnic, or we will buy food for the bus journey.
Tipping:
A contribution of €75 per person to the group tipping pool (gratuities for local drivers, camp staff, and helpers).
Personal Equipment:
All clients must bring their own sleeping bag for the two nights of desert camping.
Optional Excursions & Extensions:
The hot air balloon ride in Luxor can be booked separately and is at your own expense. This decision can be made during the trip.
You can also extend your stay in Luxor or Cairo. Yvon will gladly help you explore your options.
